If I cannot receive parcel due to personal reason, can you deliver it again?
γγγγγγIn case customer do not answer phone from shipper, the parcel will be continuously redelivery up to 3 times within 3 days. If the parcel cannot be delivered after 3 times of delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Full refund will be conducted for Cards payment.

Does Uniqlo have a joint inspection policy upon receipt?
γγγγγγCurrently, Uniqlo Vietnam does not support a joint inspection policy for online orders placed through Uniqlo's website and application.Β
