Q. How To Check Delivery Status
You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order as soon as the order has been successfully packed ad ready for LEX pick up. For Click&Collect orders, in‑store pickups will not have a tracking number.
To track the Home Delivery order, please find the tracking number in the email sent to you once your order is handed to the delivery company. Based on the delivery company, please check details below:
- Lazada (LEX): Tracking number is under format as LMP027*****, UQL00000****,JNTMP034******

For Click & Collect, you will receive 01 notification email with QR code to receive the parcel (Customer cannot receive the parcel without this email)
