About Click & Collect

UNIQLO Viet Nam offers diffrent delivery leadtime for eaareas. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on product availability and inventory location. Your expected delivery date is shown at checkout, in your purchase history, and in your order confirmation email. *Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status.

*Notice: After the order is delivered to the chosen store, you will receive 01 notification email with QR code to receive the parcel (Customer cannot receive the parcel without this email). 
For orders contain products that are back in stock or alterated, the delivery lead time will be more 02 - 03 days compared to the normal expected delivery time
Click & Collect order will be kept at selected store for 14 days and will be cancelled if no receiver coming. Full refund will be conducted for Cards payment.

  • Q. Can my family/ friends to collect my parcel on behalf?

    Yes, your family or friends can collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf.

    Please share your pickup notification email (QR code) with your family/ friends. They are required to present the information to our staff in UNIQLO store when collect the parcel.

  • Q. What should I do if I deleted/ didn't receive the email (QR code) for parcel collection?

    A. Please show your UNIQLO APP membership ID at the cashier counter and present your Order History should your parcel status updated as 【Ready for pickup】.

    Our team will allow for the parcel collection by scanning your UNIQLO APP membership ID.

  • Q. After I collect my Click & Collect order, can I return an item immediately at the store?

    A. Please note that our physical store unable to proceed return and refund for online orders.

  • Q. I want to change delivery method.

    A. Our apology that we cannot support to change delivery method. Please consider to cancel/not receive your current order and re-order the new one. Full refund will be conducted for Cards payment.
