You can track the shipping status via tracking system from the delivery company which you use to send the parcel to UNIQLO warehouse

From UNIQLO side
- After the returned order has been sent back to the UNIQLO warehouse, it will take 02-03 working days for warehouse staff to check the quality status of the products
- After the checking process is completed and the order is eligible for a refund, UNIQLO will sent to your order registration email 01 refund notification.
