Importance Updates


Password Reset Required
When accessing your account, after our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password as we make improvements to our system.
You may keep the existing password or choose a new, stronger password.
If you no longer use the email address previously registered to receive information or to receive the password change confirmation email from Uniqlo, we sincerely apologize to inform you that we are unable to change or update your registered email address. We kindly ask you to create a new account to continue enjoying Uniqlo’s services. Thank you sincerely for your understanding and support.

Home Delivery Address
Before placing new order customer will need to update home delivery address to the new administrative boundary with new Ward and without District.

New Instruction To Issue VAT Invoice For Store Purchase And Online Order

For online order, after order has been placed successfully, please press “purchase history”, please click to the box “Request E-invoice” to issue your VAT invoice.

Wishlist & Shopping cart
After the scheduled update, any products saved in Wishlist & Shopping Cart before 24 March 2026 will be automatically removed.
Customers will be able to create a new Wishlist with improved features after the scheduled update, including add products by size, along with preferred colors and styles. 

Coupons
Your voucher will still be saved and can be used once the site is updated. You can check the coupons on the membership page on the [Coupons] page.

Payment Method Update
ATM Card will be suspended from UNIQLO App and Website.

Changes to Return Process
The return process will be updated after the website upgrade.
Please make sure to follow the correct return procedure based on your purchase date.

    I worry about my online order that I placed before 23 Mar 2026.

       

    We hope you do not need to worry because your online order will still be processed.  What you can do:

    Check your email to know the status of the online order. When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email. Click here to see the details of home delivery information.
    To see the details of the delivery status, you can click the attched link that is stated on the email of the delivery confirmation. It will direct you to the LEX website, then you will see the details of the tracking. 

    Can I still pick up the Click & Collect from my selected store?
    Yes, you can.

    I entered my email address that has been registered previously but I still cannot log in nor verify the password.

       

    Please create a new account with the email address. You can click here to see account registration steps. This might be due to the email domain is not detected on the new update, but you do not need to worry because you can register again with the same email. However, the purchase and order history cannot be restored to the new account.
    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    How can I find my order history? 

       

    “Order History” for online order list has changed to [Purchase history] -> [Online Purchase].

    I still have coupons in my App and it almost expired. Can I use the coupons in the store directly?

       

    During the closure voucher cannot be used. You can use the voucher once the website or app is opened. For your information, the usage of coupons will be different. Click here for further details.

    Can I do return during Website / App closing time?
