Upcoming Updates of UNIQLO Online (Web & APP)

 

Important Dates

We are excited to introduce an upgraded UNIQLO Vietnam website and app launching in Mar 2026. This update brings improved performance and new services designed to make your LifeWear shopping experience even better.
You can find out more about the improvements we've made to our site and tips on navigating our new site soon.
Due to our upgrade, some services will be unavailable, stay tuned here for further updates.

- From 12 Mar 2026 to 1 Apr 2026 - Click and Collect will be temporarily unavailable.
- From 18 Mar 2026 to 24 Mar 2026 - Alteration Service (Online) will be temporarily unavailable.
- On 23 Mar 2026 - UNIQLO Website & APP temporarily unavailable
- The website will be available from 10AM, 24 Mar 2026.

UNIQLO Website & APP Temporary Closure


Our UNIQLO website and App will be temporarily unavailable on 23 Mar 2026 due to system updates.
During this period, online purchases cannot be completed.
For app available time, we will announce the expected reopening date soon. In this time please visit our website to explore and shop, please click here.
- From 18 Mar 2026 to 24 Mar 2026 - Alteration Service (Online) will be temporarily unavailable.

For existing orders placed before 23 Mar 2026:
- You can still check Order Status via e-mail.
- Returns will continue to be accepted as usual.

Click & Collect Unavailable Temporarily

Due to scheduled maintenance, Click & Collect will be unavailable starting from 12 Mar 2026 to 25 Mar 2026 
- From 26 Mar to 31 Mar: Click&Collect will be available for UNIQLO Dong Khoi only.
- From 1 Apr : Click&Collect will be available for all stores.


You can still shop online using Home Delivery (Ship to Address).

Other Updates


Password Reset Required
When accessing your account, after our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password as we make improvements to our system.
You may keep the existing password or choose a new, stronger password.

Home Delivery Address
Before placing new order customer will need to update home delivery address to the new administrative boundary with new Ward and without District.

Wishlist & Shopping cart
After the scheduled update, any products saved in Wishlist & Shopping Cart before 24 March 2026 will be automatically removed.
Customers will be able to create a new Wishlist with improved features after the scheduled update, including add products by size, along with preferred colors and styles. 

Coupons
Your voucher will still be saved and can be used once the site is updated. You can check the coupons on the membership page on the [Coupons] page.

Payment Method Update
ATM Card will be suspended from UNIQLO App and Website.

Changes to Return Process
The return process will be updated after the website upgrade.
Please make sure to follow the correct return procedure based on your purchase date.

Delayed Refund
We regret to inform you that due to the system migration and upgrade we will not be able to process refunds for your online orders from date [To be updated].
Uniqlo will continue to process refunds after date [To be updated]. Once the refund is processed your registered email will be notified by Uniqlo Vietnam.

    I worry about my online order that I placed before 23 Mar 2026.

       

    We hope you do not need to worry because your online order will still be processed.  What you can do:

    Check your email to know the status of the online order. When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email. Click here to see the details of home delivery information.
    To see the details of the delivery status, you can click the attched link that is stated on the email of the delivery confirmation. It will direct you to the LEX website, then you will see the details of the tracking. 

    Can I still pick up the Click & Collect from my selected store?
    Yes, you can.

    I entered my email address that has been registered previously but I still cannot log in nor verify the password.

       

    Please create a new account with the email address. You can click here to see account registration steps. This might be due to the email domain is not detected on the new update, but you do not need to worry because you can register again with the same email. However, the purchase and order history cannot be restored to the new account.
    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    How can I find my order history? 

       

    “Order History” for online order list has changed to [Purchase history] -> [Online Purchase].

    I still have coupons in my App and it almost expired. Can I use the coupons in the store directly?

       

    During the closure voucher cannot be used. You can use the voucher once the website or app is opened. For your information, the usage of vouchers will be different. Click here for further details.

    Can I do return during Website / App closing time?
