Important Reminder for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To prevent unfortunate incidents involving online fraud and ensure a secure shopping experience, UNIQLO would like to share some important information as below:

- UNIQLO recommends that you: ONLY make payment when receiving your parcel in person.

Please remain cautious of the following suspicious activities:
- Requests for additional payment beyond the amount confirmed in your order.
- Individuals claiming to represent UNIQLO and asking for your ID number, OTP, password, or banking information.
- Individuals claiming to be delivery personnel and requesting advance payment before arriving at delivery address.
- Requests to transfer money to personal or unfamiliar bank accounts.
- If you notice any unusual signs during the delivery process, please stop the conversation, refuse the delivery, and do not make any payment.

If you are often unable to receive orders in person due to a busy schedule
- In cases where you cannot receive goods directly, UNIQLO recommends using a prepayment method (Credit/Debit cards). 
- You can also choose our convenient place order online and pickup at store options: Click & Collect or ORDER & PICK.
