- Receipt number = Reference number (top right corner of the e-invoice, please remove any spaces if present) Important Notes
- After completion, please wait 7-14 days; UNIQLO's accounting department will confirm and process the request.
- After the invoice is confirmed and adjusted, an adjustment notification will be sent to your registered email.

Cash payment limitation
Transactions paid by cash are eligible for expense recognition and e-invoice issuance only if the total amount is below VND 5 million. -
Non-cash payment requirement for high-value transactions
For transactions from VND 5 million and above, customers are required to make payment via:-
The Company’s bank account, or

Non-cash payment methods (e.g., card payment, bank transfer, QR Pay).

Supporting documents for non-cash payments
For all non-cash payment methods (card, bank transfer, QR Pay), customers are required to provide a payment statement or transaction proof to complete the payment documentation.
Important Notes
- At the self-payment counter: After completing payment, please bring your receipt to the cashier and ask for assistance in issuing the VAT invoice within 30 minutes after payment.
٭Important: For receipts issuing VAT invoice, if you make product exchange process, you will receive a negative invoice deduct the product that has been exchanged and you will need to issue VAT invoice for the new receipt (after exchange) to receive a positive invoice increase for the product that has been deducted. - Please fill correct invoice information and if the information is incorrect, UNIQLO will not be able to assist in adjusting the information on the invoice because UNIQLO has already shown the information you entered at the last step of the process issue VAT invoice.

Step 01: Please choose type of issue E-Invoice
Step 02: Please enter the name of your business that needs to issue E-Invoice
Step 03: Please enter your business tax code
Step 04: Please fill personal information of the person issuing E-Invoice
Please enter buyer's phone number here
Step 05: Please enter your correct email address because system will automatically send your VAT invoice to the email address you entered
Step 06: Please enter your tax registered address
Step 07: On this step, you have completed issuing your VAT invoice and the screen will display the information you have entered

Step 01: Please choose type of issue E-Invoice
Step 02: Please enter Trade Union's name in this section or the buyer's full name for Individuals

Step 03: Please enter your correct email address because system will automatically send your VAT invoice to the email address you entered
Step 04: Please enter your tax registered address
Step 05: On this step, you have completed issuing your VAT invoice and the screen will display the information you have entered

Issuing E-Invoice (VAT) at UNIQLO online purchases for Business
After orrder has been placed successfully, please press “purchase history”, please click to the box “Request E-invoice” to issue your VAT invoice
You can request E-invoice for Company and Individual.
Customer can free text Company address on UNIQLO website and app.

Issuing E-Invoice (VAT) at UNIQLO online purchases for Trade Union & Personal
For Personal/Trade Union customers when issuing online invoices: you can select option "Individual" on our E-invoice request.
Q1: What should I do if I do not issue VAT invoice within 30 minutes after payment?
→ In case you do not issue VAT invoice for your receipt after 30 minutes of payment at store, your VAT invoice will be blank and you may prefer to our amendment method as the top page instruction.
Q2: Why do I receive a negative VAT invoice with a reduced product value?
→ When you proceed product exchange for a receipt that has been issued VAT invoice, you will receive a invoice reduce the value of product you have exchanged, so you need to issue VAT invoice for the new receipt to receive an increased E-invoice for the reduced product.
Q3: Why is my VAT invoice "missing words in business name, wrong business address, etc"
→ Our system will automatically issue your E-invoice according to the information that you have entered, so please be sure to enter accurate information to avoid errors when receive your VAT invoice.
Q4: Why the cashier did not remind me to issue VAT invoice after making purchase or after I make product exchange?
→ The cashier will not be able to know if you need a VAT invoice and cannot check whether your receipt has already issued VAT invoice, so please ask the cashier if you need to issue VAT invoice or your receipt has already issued a VAT invoice when you make product exchange.
Q5: I have issued VAT invoice before at your store so if I forget to issue a VAT invoice, will UNIQLO save the data and automatically issue an invoice for me?
→ UNIQLO regrets that currently our system will not save VAT invoice data and you will need to issue E- invoice for each purchase after payment.
Q6: Does UNIQLO have tax refund at airport?
→ UNIQLO is currently not support for tax-refund for both store purchase and online order at store or airport. Our VAT E-invoice is not related or functionable for tax-refund inquiries.
Q7: I need to cancel my VAT invoice and request UNIQLO to reissue this invoice for me
→ Unfortunately, UNIQLO will not be able to support cancel E-invoice and re-issue invoice as requested.
