About Pre-Order
Introducing Pre-Order service that allow you to purchase items that are not yet released, or items that are currently out of stock but scheduled to be arrived. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY DATES
Pre-orders are available on selected products throughout the year. The expected date of delivery will be displayed on the Product Page and Order Confirmation (this is an estimate of when we expect to receive the item, it is not a guaranteed date and is subject to change without notice). We will endeavor to advise you of any delays to this date via email.

2. PAYMENT
For all pre-orders, payment is processed on the day of receipt of your order (i.e. day you place your order).

3. CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER 
➜ Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel your order by navigating to the Cancel button under your Order History in your Account.
➜ After 30 minutes, you are able to cancel your pre-order at any time up until it is shipped by contacting Customer Center via chat, email or phone below.

4. RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR PRE-ORDER
Once the item has been shipped to your specified delivery address you can return the item per our standard Return and Exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Q&A

       

    1. Can I place an online order with a Pre-Order item together with other normal in-stock items?
    If the Pre-Order item is available within seven (7) days for delivery, both Pre-Order and non-Pre-Order items can check out together as a single online order.
    If the launching of a Pre-Order item is more than seven (7) days, you cannot check out with non-Pre-Order items (as per below image). However, you can complete the checkout with Pre-Order item alone.


    2. Why I cannot select gift wrapping service for my Pre-Order?
    We regret to inform you that gift wrapping service is unavailable for Pre-Order item.

    3. Can I request a specific date and time for the delivery?
    At the moment, we are unable to arrange the delivery according to your request date/ time.
    Please refer to your order confirmation email to check the estimated delivery date and the tracking number for delivery status. 

    4. Can I refund or exchange my Pre-Order Items?
    Similar to normal online purchases, exchange or refund can be done within 30 days after you receive the parcel.

    5. Can I cancel the order or change the size/ color for my Pre-Order item?
    You have the option to cancel your order within 30 minutes after check out. Please click here to learn more.
    However, we're unable to make any changes including cancellation, changing the size or color once 30 minutes has passed. 

    6. It's passed the launch date for my Pre-Order Item, but I have yet to receive any confirmation email?
    If you have not received a confirmation email, please check the following:
    1. Please check your email settings to make sure that you are receiving emails from '@mail.uniqlo.com'.
    2. Check your junk email folder. The email may have been mistakenly filtered as spam.
    3. Contact Customer Center for further support here.
