Currently the weather is affected by the heavy rain and flooding in Hue, regarding our delivery quality of online orders for all customers, we are strongly monitoring each area to ensure each area’s delivery quality is maintained as usual.

As the current heavy rain and flooding situation is not clearly predicted, please kindly note that there might be possibility which delivery lead time and delivery quality of Central areas may get affected in some certain periods of time.

To ensure safety in accordance with government regulations, some routes will be temporarily restricted for transportation. This may cause delays in your delivery.

Delivery lead times may got delayed by 5-7 days acording to UNIQLO expected delivery time, depending on the actual weather conditions and recovery efforts.
