Orders placed on 30.04 – 01.05: The delivery lead time will be 02 more days compare to normal lead time, please click here to refer our delivery lead time.
2. Click & Collect:
- To ensure customer’s shopping experience during holiday, Click & Collect order will be available during the holiday.
*UNIQLO stores working schedule (updated soon)
- All Click & Collect orders will receive free shipping on any order value and estimated delivery time will be calculated from the date of successful order.
*Please note that: Click & Collect orders will be packed and shipped from UNIQLO's warehouse, so please wait for the delivery notification email and come to your chosen store to receive the ordered products.
3. Refund:
For return orders received by UNIQLO warehouse on 30.04 - 01.05: The refund lead time will be 02 more days compare to the normal refund lead time, please click here to refer our refund lead time.
4. Alteration Service:
