Q. Store Purchases | How to Exchange

Unfortunately, returns are not available for items purchased at UNIQLO stores in Viet Nam. However, you may exchange you items at any UNIQLO stores in Viet Nam, if they meet the following conditions and procedures.

Exchange

Exchanges are available at any UNIQLO Viet Nam stores nationwide.
  • Visit any UNIQLO Viet Nam physical store.
  • Bring along: original receipt, and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels.
  • Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.

Important Notes

  • You can exchange for any product of the same or higher price value. For higher-value items, you will need to top up the price difference.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Exchanges for online-exclusive sizes (XS and XXL) or special items are not available. 
  • Unsealed baby items in zip-type plastic bags, and personalised items cannot be returned.
IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
It can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 6 months from the date stated in the receipt. Return & Exchange for a refund in this situation could only applicable if the original receipt is provided. Packaging and further costs other than the price of merchandise shall not be refunded.

  • Q. Can I exchange items at a different store?

    A. Exchange: Exchanges are available at any UNIQLO store nationwide. 
    Return: Returns cannot be processed for store purchases.

  • Q. I lost my receipt. Can I still exchange or return my item?

    A. Unfortunately, exchanges and returns cannot be processed without a receipt. 
    Note: Purchase history or product list cannot be used as proof of purchase
