Refund Method And Lead-Time For Online Orders
Unfortunately, returns are not available for items purchased at UNIQLO stores in Viet Nam. However, you may exchange you items at any UNIQLO stores in Viet Nam,
IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
- It can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 6 months from the date stated in the receipt. Return & Exchange for a refund in this situation could only applicable if the original receipt is provided. Packaging and further costs other than the price of merchandise shall not be refunded.

NOTICE: For all orders at UNIQLO Vietnam, refunds cannot be processed via bank transfer in foreign currency or to banks that do not operate in Vietnam. Refunds with bank transfer method will only be issued in Vietnamese Dong (VND) to accounts or cards issued by banks operating in Vietnam.
For online orders, in case customer returns item to Warehouse and gets approval for refund, please kindly check the details information below.

Will I get shipping fee and coupon amount refunded?
- Refund will cover for item's price and not include shipping fee or coupon value.
- Refund amount = Total returned item price – Value of coupon (Coupon will not be re-issued)
*In case you return the product but the total remaining order value still meets the coupon conditions, the final total refund will not be deducted from the coupon value, For example:
- You have used a 100,000 VND coupon (conditon: apply for order from 1,000,000 VND) then your order includes 03 products and has a value of 500,000 VND for each product, which means your order value is 1,500,000 VND. If you return 01 product and your total remaining order value is still 1,000,000 VND, then the order still meets the coupon conditions => total refund value will be 500,000 VND (without deducting the coupon value)
- But if you return 02 products, and the remaining order value is 500k (does not meet the coupon conditions), so the final total refund value will be 900k (already deducting the coupon value). -
Available refund methods and refund lead times for Pay In Store purchases.
When choosing the Pay In Store method, you can use payment methods such as Cash, Bank transfer by QR Code, Pay by ATM card, Pay by credit/debit card.
Available refund methods:
- Cash and QR transfer: You will receive a refund notification email from
Uniqlo Vietnam, you will need to fill in the refund information via the
Google form that we attach to the email. The estimated refund time for this method will be 7-14 working days.
- Payment by ATM card, credit/debit card: You will receive the refund according to
the original payment method with the estimated time of 30-45 days (Depending on the
working time of the beneficiary bank.) -
I do not receive the refund.
In case you do not receive the refund yet after the above lead-time, please kindly consider to contact your bank to confirm the refund transaction or contact our Customer Center to get proof of refund.
