Instruction| Placing or Modifying order
Step 1. Find desired item, select preferred size and color.
If you are not so sure about your size, please refer to the CHECK MY SIZE. Please make sure to check the correct size chart of each item.
Step 2. Click [ADD TO CART] on the bottom in same page. Click [CHECK OUT] if you done with shopping.
Step 3. You may view the order summary and apply [COUPON] if you have any coupon to use.
Proceed [CHECKOUT] once confirmed.
Step 4. You will be request to login if you are not login or linked with online account. Please log in to continue your order.
Step 5. Select delivery option. Currently we have 2 available options as below.
Please note that once you complete your order, we cannot change your deliver option.

SHIP TO ADDRESS
Please fill in the address you want us to deliver your parcel.

CLICK&COLLECT
Choose the desired store that you want to come for pick up. Press [Pick up in this store] and continue for next step
Step 6. Choose your payment option and click [CONTINUE]
Note: COD (Cash on delivery) is only available for Ship to Address.
Step 7. Click [PLACE ORDER] once everything confirmed and complete your payment.
In case you need E-invoice for company, please tick on the box and input your company information.
Please note that E-invoice is only available once you tick the box, and we apologize that we cannot provide it later if you complete your order without ticking this box.
After clicking on PLACE ORDER, you will receive an order confirmation email after payment made.

How To Cancel Order
You can cancel order only within 30 minutes after order placed successfully.
Unfortunately, partial cancel is not available.
Please note that after 30 minutes, we apologize that we cannot cancel your order.
Step 1. Log in and check Order History.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
Press [CANCEL] button.
Step 2. You will see details of order that you want to cancel.
Press [CANCEL THIS ORDER] again to complete cancellation.
Step 3. Your order now has been cancelled. You can see confirmation for order cancellation.
Cancel Part Of Order
If the current status of the order allows, you can cancel your order and place it again.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items you have selected will still be available when you re-order. -
Modify/Change Order Details
Unfortunately, you cannot change the item after the order is confirmed.
