We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready at the store (subject to stock availability). Please come to the store only after receiving the email with QR code for order pickup.

Click & Collect order will be kept at selected store for 14 days and will be cancelled if no receiver coming. Full refund will be conducted for Cards payment.

Q. If I cannot receive parcel due to personal reason, can you deliver it again?
A. In case customer do not answer phone from shipper, the parcel will be continuously redelivery up to 3 times within 3 days. If the parcel cannot be delivered after 3 times of delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Full refund will be conducted for Cards payment.

Q. Does Uniqlo have a joint inspection policy upon receipt?
A. Currently, Uniqlo Vietnam does not support a joint inspection policy for online orders placed through Uniqlo's website and application.
To ensure our customer have the best online shopping experience, Uniqlo would like to suggest the following:
- Check the appearance of the package, make sure the package you receive is intact and not affected in appearance (the seal tape is not re-tape, the package is dented, the package is wet or punctured, ...)
- Recording the process of opening the package (we encourage you to film all sides of the package)
- In case there is a problem with the package, you can contact to our Customer Center here for the fastest guidance and support.
Please note that the shipping unit may not be able to assist in delivering the package if you request joint inspection.
NOTICE: Please note that for orders that the customer has opened the parcel for inspection or opened it before making payment and then returned it to the delivery staff, UNIQLO will not be responsible for any penalties imposed on the delivery staff. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the action of opening parcels for inspection may result in the delivery staff being penalized by the delivery company for violating the delivery terms and conditions. -
