Q. Notice About Issuing E-invoice

From 1st July 2022, based on Decree 123/2020/ND CP dated 19 October, Circular 78/2021/TT BTC, many new regulations on e-invoices come into effect. 

Please carefully refer to the following notices and changes relating to E-invoice as following:




For customer directly purchased at store:

1Company namePlease enter Vietnamese; up to 400 characters (including spaces); field 1 (Company Name) is required if field 2 (Company Tax Code) is filled in
2Tax codePlease enter 10 or 14 characters, if the Tax Code has 14 characters, the 11th character must be a dash -
3AddressPlease enter Vietnamese; up to 400 characters (including spaces); field 3 (Address) is required if field 2 (Company Tax Identification Number) is filled in
4Phone numberPlease enter minimum 10 characters, maximum 20 characters; no space and do not use separators between characters; Phone number must start with 0
5Email addressThe system accepts up to 255 characters


For customer purchased on EC site or App:

1Company namePlease enter Vietnamese; up to 400 characters (including spaces); field 1 (Company Name) is required if field 2 (Company Tax Code) is filled in
2Tax codePlease enter 10 or 14 characters, if the Tax Code has 14 characters, the 11th character must be a dash -
3AddressPlease enter Vietnamese; up to 400 characters (including spaces); field 3 (Address) is required if field 2 (Company Tax Identification Number) is filled in
4Phone numberPlease enter minimum 10 characters, maximum 20 characters; no space and do not use separators between characters; Phone number must start with 0
5Email addressThe system accepts up to 255 characters
6Shipping addressIf your shipping address includes phone number, please ensure you enter the correct one following this format: Please enter at least 10-11 digits, maximum 20 digits; no space, and starts with 0. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive e-invoice

PLEASE NOTE THAT
• Currently, Uniqlo's E-invoice system will not be able to recognize some special characters such as: &; *; ^ ; - and will result in an invoice with incorrect information in your company name or company address.
• Therefore, Uniqlo would like to note that when issuing an E-invoice, customers should keep the receipt so that we can support to make E-invoice adjustment if the information is incorrect.
