UNIQLO Vietnam has received information about scam cases during the delivery process and we hope customer be careful and note the following points:

If you see your parcel has been torn, crushed or there are signs of being opened, please record a video of your unpacking process and take photos of 04 sides the parcel, then contact our Customer Center here for the earliest support.
Other Scam Information
Please refer to the following additional information:
• Request to transfer additional shipping fees.
• Impersonate UNIQLO to get personal information (we will not ask for identification card, OTP code, place order support, personal money transfer, etc).
• Impersonate shipper and request money transfer first and delivery later.
• Swapping products in parcel (please record a video of the opening process).
• Request to transfer money to some one account number.
