Care Guide - Cashmere
Cashmere is prone to shedding. Avoid excessive friction while wearing, and remove loose fibers with a clothes brush. Static electricity is also a concern, and an anti-static spray can be effective.
We recommend letting the garment rest for 2 to 3 days after each wear.
To prevent discoloration, store away from sunlight and fluorescent lighting.
As cashmere is vulnerable to insects and mold, have it cleaned before storage, avoid moisture, and store in an airtight container with insect repellent.
Daily care
Delicate fibers are prone to pilling and fuzz. After wearing, use a soft clothes brush to smooth the surface.
If pills appear, avoid pulling them off; instead, remove them with a fabric shaver or small scissors.

Always check the care label first, and confirm that the garment is machine-washable.

How To Care
Pre-treat stains
Apply neutral detergent to stained areas and gently blot to work it in.
Note: Some stains, depending on their type and how long they have been set, may not be completely removed. For stubborn stains, consult a professional dry cleaner.
Press wash
Gently press down to ensure the entire knit is fully submerged, and repeat several times.
Rinse
Drain the soapy water and refill the basin with clean water. Rinse the garment using the same pressing motion, changing the water frequently until all detergent is removed.
POINT
Once all detergent has been rinsed out, add a small amount of fabric softener and distribute it evenly for a softer finish.
Spin-dry
Gently fold the knit and place it in a fine-mesh laundry bag.
POINT
Using a bag that is too large will allow the garment to shift, so make sure to choose a suitably sized bag.
Keep the spin cycle short—just enough so that no water drips from the garment when removed.
Dry flat in the shade
Before drying, gently smooth out the cuffs, hem, and neckline, which are prone to shrinkage.
Gently stretch the entire piece to reduce wrinkles. Place it flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area. A flat-drying rack is useful for this purpose.
Note: Poor ventilation can cause musty odors and mildew growth.
When no flat-drying rack is available:
Lay the knit on a bath towel in a well-ventilated area. Turn it over once one side is partly dry. A circulator or fan is recommended when drying indoors.
Finish with steam
Once dry, lightly apply steam from an iron held just above the surface to restore softness. -

If the knit has shrunk
Place a pressing cloth over the fabric, gently stretch it, and apply the iron.
If the knit has stretched
Gather the stitches together and apply steam to help restore the original shape.
