Online Orders | How to Return? (Orders placed after Mar 24, 2026)

Return Process

For all payment methods

Submit a return request from your purchase history and send back the items with the required documents.
Once the warehouse confirms your returned items, we will process your refund. [Click here for Refund Details

 

Return Request & Shipping Steps 

Steps (tap each item for details): 

  • 1. Submit a return request from your purchase history

    1. In your Purchase History, tap the [Return] button for the relevant order.

    If the return deadline has passed, the Return] button will not be displayed.
    Tip
    When viewing your Purchase History, each order will display a thumbnail image of one of the items included in that order, along with :

    - The order date
    - The number of items
    - The total amount paid
    - The pickup/delivery information (if applicable)

    You can use any of these details to help you quickly identify the order you wish to return.

    2. Review the return conditions and click [Return this item]

    3. Select [Return], then click "Continue".

    4. Select the quantity and reason for return, then click " Confirm selection".

    5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each of the items you would like to return.

    6. Check the details of the returned items and click  " Confirm selection" to continue.

  • 2. Prepare for return (Print out the return slip)

    1. Keep the item/s ready with tags intact in the original condition
    2. Use the same parcel or any pouch/bag/box that fits the items and put Return Slip inside.
    • Select the option to print out return slip. 
    • Or, you may handwrite the【Return Application Number】&【Certification Number】on a blank piece of paper.

    Choose suitable delivery company with fee being covered by customer. 
    3. If you don't have printer to print out the return number, please help us write the return number that you had submitted on UNIQLO App/Website on the Return Slip or the Return Box

  • 3. Pack required documents and items, then send back to our Warehouse

  • How to check your return reference number, authorisation code, and return address (A return request is required beforehand)

    You must complete your return application first.
        1. Go to [Online Purchase]
        2. Tap [Return] for the relevant order 
        3. Open the [History] tab and tap [Check Return Details (Return Order Number, Return Address)]

Important Notes

  • Items without a return request cannot be accepted.
  • Include the return reference number and authorisation code issued after your request. Items without these cannot be accepted.
  • The return address will be displayed during the return request.
  • Please do not bring items directly to the return address.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging (without damage and still intact). 
  • Unsealed baby items in zip-type plastic bags, and personalised items cannot be returned. 
  • Bottom inner wear with seal or package has been opened cannot be returned.
Return Fee
UNIQLO do not charge any additional fees when handling your return.
Customer can choose suitable delivery company with fee being covered by customer.

    I see “You cannot apply for a return from this screen.”

       

    This happens when: 

        
    Post 30 days from the date of purchase.
    Part of a multi-buy purchase has already been processed for return 
    Item is altered or from the non-returnable category

        
    Items purchased at a store can only be exchanged at any UNIQLO store.

    Can I cancel a return application?

       

     Yes, follow these steps: 
        
        1. Go to [Online Purchase]
        2. Tap [Return] for the order 
        3. Open the [History] tab and tap [Cancel Return Application] 
        4. Tap [Confirm Cancellation]
        
        Note: Once canceled, the Return order number becomes invalid. If you still want to return, please apply again.

    Can I return an item at the store? 

       

    No, for online orders, returns are not accepted in stores.

       
       
  •    

    What happens to my refund if I used a voucher?

       

     If you used a voucher, the value of your voucher is distributed proportionately across all items in your order.
       - When returning an item from an order where a voucher has been applied, the value of the voucher will be deducted accordingly. For further detail please click here.
       - Please be aware that the voucher cannot be re-issued.
