NOTICE: The warehouse phone number is only for receiving returned parcels. If you need to check the status of a return or require assistance with return-related issues, please contact our Customer Center.

IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Please contact our Customer Center before exchange or return the product for the support on defective items.


For all payment methods

Customer needs to sent back the items with the required documents (included in your parcel).
Once the warehouse confirms your returned items, we will process your refund and wwe wwill sent you a related refund email. 

 

Important Notes

  • Items without a return return slip cannot be accepted.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. 
  • Unsealed baby items in zip-type plastic bags, and personalised items cannot be returned.

    STEP 1 – Fill out Return Slip 

       

    Please fill out the Return Slip: select the item & the reason to exchange.
    **Return Slip can be use in exchange. If you cannot find the Return Slip in your parcel, please contact Customer Center to re-issue. Without the Return Slip, exchange cannot be proceeded.

    STEP 2 – Pack and return items to warehouse

       

    Use the same parcel or any pouch/bag/box that fits the items and put Return Slip inside.
    Choose suitable delivery company with fee being covered by customer.

    Step 3 – Refund

       

    After the item has been checked and verified, you will receive a return confirmation email:

    Cash on Delivery (COD): Please fill in your bank information via the link provided in the email. The amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days.

    Credit/Debit/ATM Card: No further action is required. The amount will be automatically refunded to your card within 30–60 days.

     

    Your return process is completed!


    Note: In case UNIQLO store is not available in your area to exchange, please kindly consider about return and refund as below.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Q. Can I exchange to XS or XXL?

    A. XS and XXL only available at website/app. So, unfortunately, you cannot get these sizes at stores. Please kindly consider to return and get refund. Then proceed to order the suitable size.

  • Q. How to check stock at stores?

    A. You can directly check the available stock at store via app by: Go to the product page > Click on FIND STOCK IN STORE.

  • Q. I do not receive refund yet!

    A. Refund lead time: [COD] 14 days after bank information is provided, [Credit/Debit/ATM] 30-45 days after return confirmation email. In case you do not receive the refund after above lead time, please kindly contact Customer Center.

  • Q. Can I return more than one order in the same parcel? 

    A. Yes. you can pack orders in same parcel but please include all the related documents for each order o avoid incorrect refund.

  • Q. What happens to my refund if I used a coupon? 

    A. If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be re-issued. [Click here for more information]

  • Q. Return Slip is lost/damaged. 

    A. Kindly contact Customer Center to re-issue Return Slip. 

  • Q. Can I check the status of my return? 

    A. Please use your return courier tracking number and website to track your return.
