Q. Online Orders | How to Exchange at Store

We are sorry that we currently do not offer postal exchanges online. You can exchange your purchase at any UNIQLO Viet Nam physical store by following these steps.

Steps to Exchange Your Online Orders at Physical Stores
  • Visit any UNIQLO Viet Nam physical store.
  • Bring along: original invoice or purchase receipt, and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels.
  • Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.

Important Notes

  • You can exchange for any product of the same or higher price value. For higher-value items, you will need to top up the price difference.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Unsealed baby items in zip-type plastic bags, and personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
It can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 6 months from the date stated in the receipt. Return & Exchange for a refund in this situation could only applicable if the original receipt is provided. Packaging and further costs other than the price of merchandise shall not be refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Q. Can I exchange the size to XS, XXL item?

    A. Unfortunately, XS and XXL are available at Online only. So, you cannot get these sizes at store. Please consider to exchange to a different item.
    For XS and XXL, you can order online and choose Ckick and Collect for free delivery fee.

  • Q. How to check stock at store for exchange?

    A. Customer can now directly check store stock via App: Go to product page > Click on FIND STOCK IN STORE

  • Q. I lost my paper receipt. Can I use order history on App instead?

    A. Unfortunately, exchange cannot be proceeded in case customer does not keep original receipt.
    Also, order history on App cannot be used in exchange procedure at store.
