1. PROMOTIONAL OFFER DETAILS:

Cashback for the final payment amount from X,000,000 VND or more (VAT included) at all UNIQLO Vietnam stores (including UNIQLO Online – Website and UNIQLO App). The program applies to payments made with a physical card or Apple Pay linked to a JCB card.

2. VALIDITY PERIOD:

Depending on the ongoing promotional program.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- Applicable to JCB cardholders who make direct payments using a JCB card at cashiers or online stores, and applies to all UNIQLO products, including discounted items.
- The order payment value is calculated based on the actual amount paid after applying any discount codes or shipping fees (if applicable). The final payment value does not include service fees for pants hemming, gift bags, or gift-wrapping services.
- Splitting bills under any circumstances is not permitted.
- Cannot be combined with other JCB promotional programs.
- Only payments made with a JCB card are accepted; all other payment methods are not eligible.
- The offer applies to customers holding JCB cards issued by banks in Vietnam.
- Each JCB cardholder is eligible for cashback once per promotional period.
- “Cardholder” is identified based on the ID/ Citizen ID/ Passport information registered in the issuing bank’s customer database.
- Can be combined with other UNIQLO Vietnam promotions running at the same time.
- Issuing banks will credit cashback directly to the cardholder’s account within 60 days from the date the transaction is posted to the system. If cashback is not received within this period, it means the promotion budget has ended.

- This promotional program is organized and managed solely by JCB. UNIQLO is exempt from all responsibility for any customer inquiries or complaints regarding this offer.
- UNIQLO Vietnam and JCB reserve the right to change any terms and conditions of the program without prior notice.
- For in-store transactions, the offer only applies to payments made at designated POS terminals.
- In case of any dispute, UNIQLO’s decision will be final.

Steps to join the promotional program:

At physical stores:
JCB cardholder selects UNIQLO products.
At the cashier, the cardholder pays for the bill valued from X,000,000 VND or more using a JCB card via the POS terminal. (The order value depends on the ongoing program.)

Online shopping:
JCB cardholder adds UNIQLO products to the shopping cart.
At the payment step, select payment via JCB card for orders valued from X,000,000 VND. (The order value depends on the ongoing program.)
