• How to use gift card

For Online store: Unfortunately, gift card is not supported for online order.

For UNIQLO store: Customer need to bring gift card and present it to the cashier staff before proceed payment step. If you pay at the self checkout station, please select gift card on the screen, then scan the gift card barcode for payment, or you can ask staff for further support.

Can I buy bulk order for gift card?

Currently, UNIQLO does not have discount policy applicable to bulk order gift card.

• How many payment methods that I can use to buy gift card

  You can buy gift card by ATM card, credit/debit card, QR payment or cash. You cannot use other payment methods or apply coupon to buy gift card. 

• If my gift card balance is zero, can I top up to the card? Or will UNIQLO recall the card?

  Unfortunately, you cannot top up more money in to your gift card and UNIQLO will not recall the card if the balance is zero.

• How can I check the balance of my gift card?

  You can come to any UNIQLO stores then scan the gift card at the self-checkout counter to check for the card blance or you can ask staff for further support.

  Will UNIQLO support to export VAT invoice for gift card purchase?

  No, UNIQLO will not issue VAT invoices for gift card products. However, gift card purchase receipts are still printed and given to customers.
  VAT invoices will be issued at the time customers use gift cards to redeem products at UNIQLO stores.
