Please note that below deductions would apply to your refund:

Return shipping fee: Non-refundable.
Coupon value: Proportional deduction is applied.
Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
Gift Service fees: Non-refundable.

About Coupons

The value of the Coupon will not be refunded when items are returned as the Coupon is non-refundable.

Please note that when returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. Please be aware that the coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding an item.

Please refer to the below example as your references:

Order total: 1.000.000VND (Jacket 600.000VND, Jumper 300.000VND, T-Shirt 100.000VND)
Coupon: 100.000VND
Proportional deduction: Jacket 60.000VND, Jumper 30.000VND, T-Shirt 10.000VND

If you return the Jacket (600.000VND), refund amount = 600.000VND - 60.000VND = 540.000VND
If you return the whole order (1.000.000VND), refund amount = 1.000.000VND - 100.000 = 900.000VND
