How can we help?

To display the correct language on UNIQLO App, you will need to change the language of your phone device, please refer to the following instructions.
UNIQLO App (change from Vietnamese to English):
→ IOS (Iphone): Please access "Setting (cài đặt)", then select "General Setting (cài đặt chung)" and select "Language & Region (ngôn ngữ & vùng)", here you select "Add Language (thêm ngôn ngữ)" and select "English (tiếng Anh)" or “Vietnamese (tiếng Việt)” to change your device language.
→ Android: Please access “Setting (cài đặt)”, then select “General Setting (language & keyboard) – (cài đặt chung)” and select “Language (ngôn ngữ)”, here you select "English (tiếng Anh)" or  “Vietnamese (tiếng Việt)” to change your device language.

At the "Home Page" or "Help Page", you can select the language you want to change at the top right, next to the search bar.
→ Please note that you need to choose the correct language before access to "chat with UNIQLO" so chatbot can understand and provde the fastest and most accurate information support.
