You can choose the shipping method as requested:
- Home delivery: Please refer to the estimated delivery lead time here. 
- Click & Collect: Estimated delivery time in Ho Chi Minh City will range from 01 - 04 days and in Hanoi & Hai Phong will range from 01 - 07 days.
Note: Currently, UNIQLO does not support express delivery or same-day delivery. For Click & Collect, you will be able to pick up the parcel at the chosen store after receiving the pickup notification email with QR code.

 

Currently, Uniqlo will have 04 payment methods for online orders including: Pay In Store, Credit/Debit Card, Cash On Delivery and ATM card.


If you choose “Pay In Store”, please refer to the information on notification screen carefully as above:
1.    When choosing this payment method, you will have 02 hours to go to the chosen store to make payment. Please note that only the store you have chosen can support the payment of your order.
2.    After 02 hours if you have not made payment, your order will be automatically canceled.
3.    If there is no UNIQLO Vietnam store in your area or the distance is too far, please choose another payment method.
4.    Your products will be prepared at UNIQLO Vietnam's warehouse, not at the store you have chosen.
5.    This is not an in-store ordering service but a regular online ordering service, so shipping lead time will be applied according to UNIQLO Vietnam's delivery policy.
 

Please select UNIQLO store where you will need to proceed payment. 

Please check your order information before clicking “Place Order”. If you need a VAT invoice, please click on the box “Request for E-invoice” and fill in your business information.

When arriving at the selected store, please come directly to the cashier to pay for your order, or you can come to the self-payment counter to complete the payment (Please note that gift card has not yet supported for this method).
