Announcement - System Maintenance Schedule

To enhance our services and provide a better shopping experience, UNIQLO Vietnam will conduct system maintenance on August 11, 2026 (Tuesday) and August 12, 2026 (Wednesday). As a result, services including Home Delivery, Click & Collect, Alteration Services, and Returns & Refunds will take longer to process compared to the previously announced estimated times

Delivery Services

During this period, some services may be affected as follows:
Delivery services [including Home Delivery and Click & Collect (Shipped from Warehouse)]: +2 days compared to the standard delivery lead time.

Returns and refund

Return requests processed by UNIQLO Warehouse will take approximately 7 additional days to be completed.

Alteration Service

Alteration Services: For orders altered before August 5, delivery will take an additional 2 days beyond the original estimated time.

The online alteration service will be temporarily unavailable From 05 August 2026 and service will be stopped for 7 days.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We will make every effort to restore all services as soon as possible.
