Change of Delivery Address

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will not be able to change the delivery details yourself, including:

- Recipient’s name
- Delivery address
- Recipient’s phone number

However, UNIQLO Customer Center can assist you with updating the recipient’s phone number and delivery address.

Please note:
We are unable to change the shipping method or new address with different province or city and payment method after the order has been confirmed.
