Q. How to proceed Exchange/ Return at store?

Our Return/ Exchange policy for items purchased at store is stated as below:

1. Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, with the same or higher price items. In case of higher price, the remaining fee is paid by customer.
2. Original receipt of purchase is required.
3. The product(s) is new, in the original condition (not dirty, worn, used, scratched, altered, nor washed), the price tag, product label, sticker (if available) are intact and attached to the product(s).
4. No alterations have been made.
5. Underwear, socks, tights, leggings, swimwear, face mask, packaged baby product(s), or other items subject to strict hygiene policies having been opened cannot be exchanged.
6. For normal items, only exchange are accepted. Return fo refund is not applicable.

How to proceed product exchange?

Please bring your item together with your original receipt to any of UNIQLO Vietnam official stores and contact our store staffs for guidance.

In case of irregular or manufacturing defects, please contact our Customer Center in advance for further support.
