HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
Products purchased online can be returned to our wharehouse for an exchange. Please fill out the Return slip (sent to you together with the product(s)), sign and stamp (if any), and place it in the return package. Please refer to the VAT invoice enclosed in the email sent by UQVN to you after successfully placing orders on UQVN website for details of VAT invoice number, serial number, and date).
1. Please return the product(s) you wish to exchange together with the Return slip to us at your own cost by sending the parcel back (with tracing number/ waybill number) to our Return Address indicated in the below part of this article. Please note that courier charges for your return package will not be covered by UQVN. Please obtain a delivery receipt from your courier company or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse. UQVN will not be liable for any losses or damages to your return package and/or product(s) handled by your courier company.
2. Depending on your choice of courier company, your return package will be reached at our warehouse around 14 working days. Please note that in-person returns to our warehouse are not accepted.
3. After our warehouse has received and processed your return purchase(s), the amount of the exchanged product(s) shall be refunded. Refund will be issued via your original mode of payment that was used to make the purchase. For initial purchases made via credit/ debit card, cash will be refunded to such credit/ depit card. For initial purchases made by the COD method, cash will be refunded via bank transfer. Please contact our Customer Center for further information (if needed).
4. Please re-purchase the exchanged product on www.uniqlo.com/vn or at store.
5. We do not offer any stand alone pick-up services or changes for return purposes.
IN CASE PRODUCT(S) OF MANUTACTURING DEFECT
1. Product(s) of manufacturing defect can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please get in touch with our Customer Center before returning the product to our warehouse to check the product's status and advise you on the needed steps.
2. UQVN accepts refunds for manufacturing defective product(s) only.
3. Kindly contact the Customer Center for further support.
