Q. Refund method and lead-time for online orders

For online orders, in case customer returns item to Warehouse and gets approval for refund, please kindly check the details information below.

    Will I get shipping fee and coupon amount refunded?

    　　　

    Refund will cover for item's price and not include shipping fee or coupon value.
