Online purchases can only be exchanged/ returned by sending to our warehouse, not at our physical stores.
Same as above, store purchase can only be exchanged/ returned at our physical stores, not by sending to our warehouse.
Please note that combination of online & store purchased items for exchange/ return at one time is not acceptable.
