To track the Home Delivery order, please find the tracking number in the email sent to you once your order is handed to the delivery company. Based on the delivery company, please check details below:
- Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN): Tracking number is under format as NPAAAA*****
- The Ninja Van (NJV): Tracking number is under format as UNIQ1000000*****
For Click & Collect, you will receive 01 notification email with QR code to receive the parcel (Customer cannot receive the parcel without this email)
