Please contact our Customer Center before exchange or return the product for the support on defective items.

    Can I exchange to XS or XXL?

      

    XS and XXL only available at website/app. So, unfortunately, you cannot get these sizes at stores. Please kindly consider to return and get refund. Then proceed to order the suitable size.

    How to check stock at stores?

       

    You can directly check the available stock at store via app by: Go to the product page > Click on FIND STOCK IN STORE.

    I do not receive refund yet

       

    Refund lead time: [COD] 14 days after bank information is provided, [Credit/Debit/ATM] 30-60 days after return confirmation email. In case you do not receive the refund after above lead time, please kindly contact Customer Center.
