Q. Return Policy (For online orders)

UNIQLO VIETNAM RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
(APPLIED TO THE ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY)

Online purchase means a purchase made and paid on the official website of Uniqlo Viet Nam Company Limited ("UQVN") ("Online Payment") or through the method of cash on delivery ("COD").

1. Return for non-manufacturing defect product(s) can be accepted at the online store only when all the following conditions are met:

- Within 14 days from the date customer received product(s);
- The product(s) is new, in the original condition (not dirty, worn, used, scratched, altered, nor washed), the price tag, product label, sticker (if available) are intact and attached to the product(s);
- The Return slip shall be fulfilled, signed, stamped (if any), and attached to the product(s). In case of goods return, corporate customer needs to issue a VAT invoice to us additionally;
- No alterations have been made; and
- Not underwear, socks, tights, leggings, swimwear, face mask, packaged baby product(s), or other items subject to strict hygiene policies having been opened.

2. For any orders with novelties subject to our marketing campaign, if customers return all items after receiving the parcel, please also return the novelties which come along with the parcel.

3. Product(s) purchased from sources other than the official website of UQVN is not eligible for exchange.


4. Shipping cost for return shall be borne by the customer.

5. Return and exchange of online purchases to physical stores will not be accepted.

6. Any form of UQVN coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will not be returned or refunded.

7. Refunds will be proceeded automatically for Debit/ Credit Card payment. For COD, Customer Center will send you an email for Bank Account information.

8. UQVN reserves the right to reject any return that does not fulfill any of the above-stated requirements.

9. UQVN reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
