Q. How to return proceed return/ exchange (For online orders)

UNIQLO Vietnam Return Procedure (For online orders)
 

For your convenience, please make sure to check our Return Policy (For online orders) before proceeding any further step.

NOTE: We are sorry that currently we are unbale to proceed exchange. If you wish to exchange, please proceed return procedure below and re-order your desired item(s).

STEP 1 – Review return condition 

  • Within 14 days from date of receiving. 
  • Item is in new and original condition with the original price tag attached. 
  • Item has not been worn, altered or washed.  
  • Items that cannot be exchanged/refunded: underwear, socks, tights, leggings, swimwear, face mask, packaged baby product(s), or other items subject to strict hygiene policies having been opened. 

STEP 2 – Fill out return slip (Mandatory) 
Together with your ordered items, there are 1 Return Slip and 1 Packing list included in the parcel.  
Kindly fill out the Return Slip by selecting the item you wish to return, reason for return and other required details.  
 
If you cannot find your return slip in your parcel, please contact our Customer Center for suppport, before proceeding your return.
Please note that without the return slip, we will not be able to proceed any other steps. 
 
STEP 3 – Pack and return items to warehouse  
Prepare and pack the items for return using the same shipment packaging or any pouch/bag/box that fits your items. You can use any courier to ship the items back to our warehouse. Please find the address of our Warehouse on your Return Slip or at the bottom of this article. 
 
STEP 4 – Refund confirmation.
Once we receive your returned items together with your Return Slip at the warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once we have successfully processed the refund on our end 
 
Amount to be refunded will be reflected in the same card you have used for that order. Refund processing may take up to 60 days and will depend on your issuing bank’s refund time frame.

STEP 4 – Collect customer's bank account 
Once we receive your returned items together with your Return Slip at the warehouse, we will contact you for your bank account information.

STEP 5 – Refund confirmation
After we collect your bank account, the amount will be transferred to your provided bank acccount, within 7-14 days. 
 

IN CASE PRODUCT(S) OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT

1. Product(s) of manufacturing defect can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please get in touch with our Customer Center before returning the product to our warehouse to check the product's status and advise you on the needed steps.
2. UQVN accepts refunds for manufacturing defective product(s) only.
3. Kindly contact the Customer Center for further support.
