Q. Delivery Lead Time (For Online Orders)

Due to system maintenance, please kindly aware of some impacts below during this time before making order:

1/ Delivery lead time: For order which is placed from 30th June 2022 to 2rd July 2022, it will take 4-5 days longer than our standard lead time. Please refer to the estimated timetable as below.

2/ Refund process time: For returned order during the mentioned period of time, it will also take 4-5 days longer than usual. We look for your understanding.

Standard Delivery Lead Time 
Our estimated delivery lead time is now within 7 days counted from the day order placed successfully, exceptions apply for islands, special areas, and unexpected Covid-19 situations.
Please check our new lead time for each area in below table.

Delivery tracking: You can directly check your order's delivery status via website of Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN) by clicking here.
Tracking number will be sent to your registered email address when your order is ready to ship.

Important Note: Non-delivery areas:
Due to objective factors under Covid19, we apologize that there are some areas which our delivery partner (Giao Hang Nhanh) is unable to delivery at the moment.

Please note that all orders placed with delivery address to these non-delivery locations will be automatically cancelled, and cannot be re-delivered or change to another address.
